Tastes for Tunes

Our favorite local radio station for tasty tunes will be even tastier next Tuesday. KDHX 88.1 FM is the only listener-supported, community-access media outlet in St. Louis, and it depends on our local support as much as local farmers. Think of it as locavore for your ears. So what better way to support local independent media than to dine out with friends at your favorite local independent restaurants, which will donate a percentage of sales to KDHX? From pubs like The Royale, Square One Brewery and Llewelyn’s to ethnic eateries like De Palm Tree, Sameem Afghan and Yemanja Brasil to the more upscale like Harvest, Lucas Park Grille and Riddle’s, 40 restaurants will donate 15 to 30 percent of the day’s sales to the station. Atomic Cowboy is going all out, donating 100 percent of lunch and dinner sales to the cause! Sauce is proud to be a local sponsor of the second annual Taste for Tunes.

Sauce pick: KDHX Taste for Tunes
Where to get it: Tue., Sept. 9 at 40 local independent restaurants
