Flame and Fortune

Summer may be winding down, but the outdoor grilling season is far from over. That means there’s still time to try out new tricks and tools – like the new Foodloop Flame, a stainless steel version of the silicone food loops that hit the gadget scene a few years ago. Both are designed to take the place of kitchen twine, but unlike the silicone loops, the Flame can withstand contact with an open flame, as well as temperatures up to 2,000 degrees. Use it to bundle vegetables, to secure a bacon-wrapped filet or to hold juicy stuffed tenderloins together on the grill. Then, when the weather chills, move it indoors and use it on a grill top or in or in the oven.
