Another New Brew Last spring, a few lucky Saucers had the pleasure of a horizontal wheat beer tasting at Anheuser-Busch. We’ve since learned that a favorite – what turned out to be Michelob Dunkel Weisse – will be officially launched in a couple of weeks. Fantastisch! Dunkel Weisse is an unfiltered dark wheat ale and the newest member of the Michelob family. In related news: Michelob Pale Ale, previously available in a seasonal sampler, will now be on the shelves year-round, too. Both styles were developed in St. Louis and should be available nationwide Sept. 8.
