It's Cheesecake Day!

Today is National Cheesecake Day (as if anyone needs a special day to celebrate the creamy rich goodness of cheesecake), so consider it your justification – no, your duty – to indulge in as much cheesecake as your tummy can handle. Here are a couple of ways to “celebrate” today:

The Cheesecake Factory timed its 30th anniversary with cheesecake day and is offering all 30 varieties of their cheesecake for $1.50 per slice, just like it did it they opened its first restaurant in 1978.

As you read this, we are relaxing in the state famous for blueberries so we thought a good Michigan blueberry cheesecake recipe was in order, compliments of Naturipe Farms. Since you may be overindulging today anyway, this low-cal version has only 152 calories per slice.
